AAVYA operates this website and store, hosted on Shopify, to provide access to our curated collection of handcrafted luxury saris.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone, for any reason, at any time.

By using our Services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction.
2. Products & Availability

Each sari is handcrafted, and slight variations in weave, embroidery, color, or detailing are natural characteristics — not defects.

Product images displayed online may vary slightly from the final product due to photography, lighting, or screen resolution.

Availability is limited, and we reserve the right to discontinue, update, or modify products without prior notice.
3. Orders & Payment

By placing an order, you agree to provide accurate and complete details.

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated, and include applicable taxes where required.

Payments are processed securely through Shopify-integrated payment gateways. AAVYA is not responsible for delays or errors caused by third-party processors.
4. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days of confirmation.

Delivery timelines within India generally range from 2–3 weeks, depending on product availability and destination.

Once dispatched, you will receive tracking information by email. AAVYA is not liable for delays caused by courier partners, customs, or unforeseen circumstances.
5. Exchange Policy

Refunds are not offered. We only provide product exchanges, subject to the following conditions:

Notify us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing support@shopaavya.com.

The product must reach us within 7 days of receipt, unused, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged, with all original tags and packaging intact.

Saris with fall, pico, blouse stitching, or customization/alterations are not eligible for exchange.

If your request is approved, you may select another sari of equal or higher value (any difference in price must be paid).

International orders are not eligible for exchange.

6. Order Cancellation

Orders may be canceled only within 24 hours of placement.

Once processing or production begins, cancellations are not possible.
7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, designs, and logos — is the property of AAVYA and is protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, copy, sell, or exploit any part of the Services without prior written permission from AAVYA.
8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AAVYA shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our Services, products, or third-party providers.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India.
