Refund policy
At AAVYA, every sari is thoughtfully handcrafted with care, ensuring the highest standards of quality and luxury. Due to the artisanal nature of our products, each request for exchange or return is carefully reviewed and remains subject to our sole discretion.
No Refunds
Refunds will not be issued under the following circumstances:

If the shipping address provided is incorrect or incomplete.

If delivery fails after three (3) attempts by our courier partner.

If the package is refused by the recipient.
Damaged Packages

Please inspect your package at the time of delivery.

If the parcel appears tampered with or damaged, kindly retain the original packaging (including tags, invoice, labels, and protective wrapping) until our team has reviewed the issue.

Note any visible damage on the delivery receipt instead of signing it as “received.”
Wrong or Defective Product

If you receive a product that does not match your order or has a genuine quality/manufacturing defect, we will gladly:

Issue a Credit Note of equivalent value, or
-
Re-fulfil your order with the correct item.
- Minor irregularities due to handloom weaving or artisanal embroidery are natural characteristics and not considered defects.

Final Sale

Products delivered in perfect condition and as per the order placed are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.
