At AAVYA, every sari is crafted with thoughtful detail and care. As a made-to-order brand, we begin creating your piece only after your order is confirmed. This ensures that each sari is produced with minimal wastage and with the finest attention to craftsmanship.
Order Processing & Dispatch

Dispatch Timeline: Orders are dispatched within 2–3 weeks after confirmation.

Non-Working Days: Sundays and public holidays are not considered working days for dispatch or delivery.

Order Updates: Once your order is placed successfully, you will receive an email confirmation. Tracking details will be shared once your order has been dispatched.
Shipping

We ship only through trusted and registered courier companies.

Within India: Free shipping on all domestic orders.

International Orders: A standard shipping fee of INR 2000 applies.
Delays & Liability

While we work with reliable courier partners, delivery timelines may be affected by factors beyond our control, including weather, government regulations, strikes, or courier delays.

AAVYA is not liable for delays or failed deliveries once the order has been handed over to the courier.
Undeliverable Packages
Refunds will not be issued if:

The shipping address provided is incorrect or incomplete.

Delivery fails after three (3) attempts by our courier partner.

The package is refused by the recipient.

Packaging
Every sari is carefully packed in our signature luxury bag, ensuring safety in transit and delivering a refined unboxing experience.
Exchange & Refund Policy

No Refunds: Products delivered in perfect condition as per the order placed are not eligible for refund.

Damaged Packages:

Please check your package upon delivery.

If it appears tampered with or damaged, kindly retain the original packaging (tags, invoices, labels, etc.) until our team reviews it.

Please mention any damage on the delivery receipt instead of signing as “received.”

Wrong or Defective Product:

If you receive an incorrect product or one with a genuine manufacturing defect, we will issue a Credit Note or re-fulfil your order.
